



Percussionist Edgardo Cintron is a second-generation Puerto Rican and musician, known as much for his affable personality and generous spirit as for his tasty musicianship. Born in Fort Riley, Kansas, he attributes his musical career to having worked with some amazing musicians around the world.
Edgardo's new project, Bon Appetit a smooth Jazz CD with original Music and some of Edgardo's favorite songs, all rearranged in a contemporary and Smooth Jazz style featuring some amazing artists, like Carl Cox and Andrew Neu on saxophone.
Edgardo is finishing up writing his cookbook to go along with his CD, so you can try his recipes and listen to his CD!
Edgardo has worked with some of the world's greatest musicians including the Average White Band, Jeff Lorber, Terence Blanchard, The Funk Brothers, Bobby Lyle, Nick Coleone,

Based in Philadelphia, Doc toured with, among others, Anita Baker, Whitney Houston, Bob James, Al Jarreau, Erykah Badu, and for a long time, with Grover Washington, Jr. Here to help honor him with a fresh Lest We Forget track on Grover’s “Mister Magic,” are Bob James (piano), Jervonny Collier (bass), Gerry S Gibbs (drums), and Philadelphians Andrew Neu (saxophone), Randy Bowland (guitar) and Edgardo A Cintron (percussion).
